By accessing or purchasing from jpwoodworks.com.au, you agree to the following terms.
1. General
JP Woodworks (“we”, “us”) provides handcrafted and made-to-order products. By using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site means acceptance of any changes.
2. Products
Most items are handmade or custom made to order.
Natural variations in colour, grain, or texture are normal and not considered defects.
Due to the nature of our materials and production processes, variations in colour, grain, and texture are a normal and expected characteristic of our products. Timber and other natural materials may display differences in tone, pattern, and finish from one piece to another, even within the same product range.
While we make every effort to represent our products accurately online, colours may appear differently depending on your device, monitor calibration, or screen settings. Additionally, the perception of colour can vary under different lighting conditions, from viewing angles, or when placed alongside other finishes and materials.
These natural and visual variations are not considered faults or defects, but rather part of the inherent beauty and uniqueness of each handcrafted item.
Product availability, pricing, and specifications may change without notice.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD.
Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.
We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Cancellations
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun.
5. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or factors outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once an item is marked as delivered.
6. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only for items that are faulty, damaged, or materially incorrect.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Custom and made-to-order items are non-refundable, except in the case of confirmed defects.
7. Warranty
We provide a limited warranty for manufacturing defects only.
Damage from misuse, improper storage, installation, or natural variations in timber is not covered.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
