Birmingham City Blue!!

We love a challenge and one of the most challenging and rewarding pieces we’ve done recently was a 5.5m marri river table with waterfall ends either side. This was spectacular enough in itself but the client had a special request…. He is an avid Birmingham City supporter and the colour of the resin needed to be a perfect match with the colour of his football shirt. The picture below shows the first time he came to check the colour. How do you think we did?

Another challenge was that he lives in a first floor apartment and delivery was going to have to be through the window! So the day of install was fun…. We were told a piano lifter would get this monster of a table up into the apartment. It seemed doubtful but we went with the flow! When the wheels of the trailer carrying the piano lifter started lifting off the ground, it was time to call in a 30-tonne crane to do the job!
